Sao Paulo: I'm here to EAT
After weeks in the Amazon and on Venezuelan mountaintops, I'm ready to enjoy some of the great food São Paulo is famous for.
Upon arrival last night, and after checking in to the Melia Paulista (I earned this) I headed straight for Maremonti where last year I had the best pizza of my life. As I walked the 500 or so blocks into the Jardins district, I was already salivating.
The pizza, margherita again, was as amazingly good as I remembered.
Next day, two reservations: Kinoshita (Japanese) for lunch and D.O.M. (Top 50 restaurants in the world) for dinner.
Kinoshita is beautiful, amazing, delicious. I recommend the tasting menu, two-plus hours of pleasure.

Dinner will be another post! Stay tuned...
